Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping method: FedEx/UPS Standard
    Shipment cost: Free
    Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Lia’s Fine Jewelry ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lia’s Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Lia’s Fine Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return or exchange the merchandise. Returned products must arrive at our store within 5 business days from the time an order is delivered (this date is determined by the shipping company).Failure to return the original receipt and the diamond certificate (when applicable) will void your return.

Shipping costs for the item will NOT be refunded. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning/returned goods.

A restocking fee 10% shall be applied for returned goods.

All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any considerable use or if any modifications were made. If the returned items have already underwent considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing), this disqualifies the buyer from a refund and it shall not be issued and the purchased item will be sent back to buyer.

Any Custom work (including resizing, custom orders, any dipping of the gold, etc.) will be exempt from all return and exchange policies. This work (item) is designed for a specific individual and therefore can not be accepted under any pre-existing terms.

Return:
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. We are not responsible for the return shipping label.

NOTE : Please DO NOT send items back to us for return after 5 days. If you do, we will hold onto your package until you pay the shipping cost to ship it back.

All returns/trade in/upgrade your jewelry require the original sales receipt.
